Zesty Lemon Garlic Pasta
A light and refreshing pasta dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Bursting with flavor from fresh lemons and aromatic garlic.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss with the garlic oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and half of the parsley.

Add a splash of pasta water if the pasta seems too dry. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot, garnished with remaining parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
